Vivienne Goodwin is the founder and principal solicitor of Goodwin & Co Lawyers. Her areas of expertise are migration law, commercial law, corporate law, real estate development and related legal services.

With more than a decade of experience assisting clients in their applications for business and investment related visas, Vivienne has gained extensive experience and unique insight into Australia’s 457 work visa and Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS).

Vivienne specializes in assisting Chinese entrepreneurs considering investing in Australia including real estate development, agricultural projects and import/export. She can assist in a wide range of commercial matters including due diligence, drafting commercial agreements, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, project development and management agreements, call option Agreements.

One of Vivienne’s key strengths is her ability to assist investors and their employees with their immigration requirements while attending to their commercial matters.

Vivienne has a wealth of experience in migration related merits review and works closely with barristers in migration related appeals to the Federal Magistrates Court.

Vivienne graduated from the Beijing Broadcasting Institute and worked for the Enlight Media Group prior to pursuing further studies in Australia in 2000.

In Beijing, Vivienne wrote for various TV programs for CCTV and Beijing TV; she was an active writer appearing regularly in newspapers and magazines. Vivienne published two short fictions between 1990 and 1992 and was co-screenwriter of the TV drama ‘Yaoshan Love Stories’ which aired on CCTV in 1999. Vivienne was also engaged by Australia’s Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) from 2002 to 2009 in its Mandarin Radio Group as a part-time producer creating and presenting the live radio programs ‘Blind Spots of Law’ and ‘Cross Roads’ while producing parts of the group’s news radio program.
